w2k server - local admin account is locked out

I have a stand alone server with the administrator account expired and locked
out. When I attempt to logon locally to the server I am prompted to change
the password. I put in a new password and get an error that it can not be
changed because the account is locked out. I know the old password, but still
can not get in. Does anyone know a way around this? Thanks
