w2k server can't find all of the new hard disk

I run w2k server sp4+all applicable uppdates via Update. BIOS is updated. I have a Maxtor 200GB HDD. Bios reports 203.9 GB for this disk. Computermanagement/disk management reports 128 GB. The Intel diagnostic prorgram reports 200 GB

What shall I do to make the operating system recognise all of the disk

I will be very happy if someone have an idea!

Are you sure both tools are using the same method for counting GB? NB that
the decimal GB is smaller than the binary GB. HD mfrs use decimal GB, so that
the HDs look bigger than they really are.
