W2K Pro remote control

Hi all, not sure if these are the correct groups to post this in, so please
correct me if need be. I am looking for a way to remotely take control of a
Windows 2000 Professional workstation the way it can be done with XP Prof or
W2K server through terminal services (view remote computer desktop, control
mouse and keyboard, etc.). Not sure if it matters, but I would be doing
this from a WinXP Prof sp1a machine or a Windows 2000 Professional sp3
machine. Thanks for any info!
