W2K Lifecycle

Hi,

Can anyone point me in the direction of some detailed
information on the lifecycle of W2K Pro. I'm thinking of
upgrading the desktops in my organization to XP Pro but am
looking for some lifecycle information to help back up my
argument.

Any help greatly appreciated.
