W E I won't complete

I just installed a new video card and want to update my
windows experience index score. I start it, it runs, then
goes to complete and I get a box that says it can't complete
because a program or device will not allow it. What can I do
to fix this????????

I have the same problem. Updated video card driver and now windows
experience score doesn't work. Same error message.
 
These problems generally happen when the drivers you're using won't
allow Vista to complete it's test, and thus, the message. You'd need to
find the latest *vista-compliant* drivers.
