Hi

Never heard about this fault and VX2 infections.
Nothing about it in all safety forums, is this something new ?

Maybe you have some more background ?

If you are a "modder"/uxtheme or "codecs changer" and I have heard it
;)

I believe I've seen a couple of posts here with the resultant error
message--you can see it for yourself by simply unregistering that component.
I haven't done a search to check, though--and I don't believe at the time
anyone connected them to vx2. There are some naming issues around vx2--it
is being attached to two rather different families of malware, apparently.
