Vulnerabilities: More than 2 admins found

In MBSA reports show that I have more than 2 admis, 2 that I recognize, and
one with 40 characters that I do not recognize.
It might be a router # but I am not sure and cannot find this # when I
search my computer.
When I go to my User account it is not there.
Any suggestions would be a great help.
 
Go to start/run, and type 'control userpasswords2' , (do not promote or demote in XP with this relic utility)
