VueScan and Epson Perfection 3590 produce "interlaced" scans

When scanning films VueScan 8.4.16 produces files where lines are like
interlaced. I saw a question about this problem in group archives but can't
find an answer. Thanks for your help.

What kind of scanner do you have? Verion 8.4.17 is out and has fixes for
a few scanners.
