VS2005B2 VPC Network driver

Hi,

when i start debugging from the ide, and after
the choice of a device (pocketPC2003SE)
a error message come on the screen:

Failed to open VPC Network driver. The driver
might not be installed.

I will develop an application for WM2003SE

What is the VPC Network driver ?
