Network Emulator Questions

When I go to the "Network" tab of the Emulator Properties, and try to enable
NE2000 PCMCIA network adapter and bind it, I get the following error:

"Failed to open VPC Network Driver. Verify that the driver in installed."

What do I need to install to fix this.
