I have upgraded an extensive solution to VS 2005 from VS2003 ... no
problems.

I notice that in VS2005, the forms, when viewed in design mode, have a
different appearance than they did in 2003, i.e. different fonts / buttons
have different appearance, etc..

I find the 2005 appearance ("Theme") more attractive and modern looking.

When I RUN the app, however, the forms take on their "old" appearance, i.e.
the 2003 "look".

How do I change this?

I have VS2003 Academic and VS2005 Standard loaded on the same machine
running XP Pro SP2.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi,

In the project properties make sure the enable visual styles
checkbox is checked.
