vpu error

I'm runninng a Asus A7n8X with a overclocked 2500+ to a 3200+. The video
card is a 9700 pro with the latest driver(4.2) from ATI. The card is not
overclocked. Under normal use(not gaming that is) it's running stable,
but when I get into UT2004 demo I get a VPU error message. What would be
causing this. Overclocking the system or would it be overheating or both.

The cpu temp runs 45 C high side

OS is WinXP with latest updates
