VPN option is grayed out (unavailable) in New Connection Wizard

I run XPSP2 Home Edition and am trying to create a VPN to my office. That
option is grayed out on the New Network Connection Wizard. It works fine on
another computer on my home network. Reinstalling windows did not help.

I would appreciate any help.

Never mind, I figured it out. My Remote Access Connection and its
dependencies weren't started.
