VPN Error 721

I know there has been alot on this already, & I have tried the
recommendations I've found so far. Here is the configuration.

Cable modem with a dynamic Ip using a dyn dns. to a linksys BEFSR11 Router.
Ports 1723 - Both, 47-Both, IpSec PPtP passthrough selected. Server 2000 SP4,
2 Nics, Outside Nic is 192.168.10.1, Inside Nic is 192.168.9.10 Internet
from the workstations/server works find. When I attempt to VPN in it finds
the connection sits at verifying User name and password then gives error 721.

I have done a lot of these with server 2003 with no problems is there some
item that I am missing in 2000 server?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

do you have any related errors in the event viewer? If yes, post them back here. If no, I would double check the settings on the router.

Nothing shows up in the event viewer. Are there any issues with linksys
BEFSR11 that anyone knows about?
