VPN disconnects after 5 mins

I have 2 computers running windows xp sp2. They both have the same vpn
software installed. One computer disconnects after about 5 minutes. I get
event 20159. I have read article 305550, and both computer have the same
version of the files listed. Does anyone know how to fix the issue?
