VPN DIAL UP ACCESS

Hello,

I want to connect my sore home computer to my VPN at my office, I have the
VPN over a broadband connect but when I dial in i get no respose> Can someone
help me? I hope something is just no set up. Please email me with any help

where are you calling? directly to the serveo or to the internet an then
connect to the server via VPN?
Do you have a broadband connection at your home?
