VPN client -certificate error

I have implemnted windows 2000 based VPN on one site.while
dialing from remote site by using vpn client ,some of the
clients are getting some certificate error and if i restart
the station it's working perfectly...what wil be the problem
can any one help me it's so urgent

If you are using l2tp a computer certificate is required on the rras/vpn server and
the client computer. If you are not using l2tp but pptp instead try configuring the
vpn client connectoid to use pptp only in properties/networking - type of vpn. ---
