Voting buttons

Is it possible to use voting buttons to vote for more than
one choice? e.g a user can vote for option 1 and option 2
but not option 3 or option 4.

No, you can't use voting buttons for this. You can use a form for this or
send an HTML message with selection buttons which is connected to and stores
results in an Excel, Access, SQL, enz... database.
