The "voting Buttons" are not displaying when a message is
sent requesting a response. The problem is occuring on
both outlook 2000 and 2003. On "toolbars" the 'response'
button is checked. The body of the message has only about
500 characters. Of the 15 people sent the message, only
five had the "voting buttons". Any assistance on
resolving this problem will be greatly appreciated! Thank
