voting buttons in Outlook 2000

Voting buttons in Outlook 2000 are not available on my computer. Can they be
installed?

I'm not sure what that means. It's a home computer with Office 2000 and
Outlook installed.

If you don't know the answer and are a home user, then that means you are not using an Exchange Server. AFAICR, voting buttons require Exchange to work in 2000.

Ah yes, now I remember, the "jumping through hoops method."

One reason I am glad Microsoft unified the message transports to merge IMO and CW in later versions.
