Voting Buttons and Multiple Calendar Entries

I have a user who wants to send an email with voting buttons asking which
meeting day - 3 choices. When you pick one, he wants an appointment to be
put in their calendar.

We can't figure out how to do this. Any ideas?

You'd have to design a custom message form with code behind it to create the appointments. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms/holiday.htm for an example.
