volume license to legal

I'm considering a new motherboard and cpu, along with gettign a new OEM
version of xp, mine is corporate license
both versions will be xp PRO, the new version will be OEM, should I expect
problems with attempting a repair install to allow the
LEGAL install key?

No, you should be able to use the OEM CD to perform a repair
installation ove the Volume Licensed installation.
