When I go into the control panel and click Sounds, Speech and audio devices
and click advanced volume controls it tells me to go to printers and other
hardward and click add hardware. So when i click add hardware a popup comes
up that says multimedia audio controller and after that it says to look for
new software. The problem is I don't have any software to use or in other
words i have no idea what to do next can anyone help? When I try searching
for software on the internet using the Found new hardware pop-up it doesnt
work can anyone help?

Open device mgr, expand the sound tree,R.click on sound hardware, properties,
write down the sound mfg & numbers for it,close out.Go to the pc mfg web
site, download software/drivers,or go to sound mfg web site,do the same.

What is the web adress for the mfg website?
