VOIP activex control

Does anybody here nknow of any VOIP ActiveX control that may be available?

I wanna put a dial-pad on my form and dial a phone using the internet, using
VOIP.

VOIP.

I can't speak for VOIP in general, but in the case of Skyp using the
FollowHyperlink method with "callto:uri" works. So, if your VOIP
software registers an appropriate handler (tel then using "tel:number"
should work.
