Didn't find any voice recognition newsgroups but did find a couple of
websites of interest.

Looks confusing, I guess a good way to learn is find somebody who does what

Hi,

Well actually 'news' has a future called 'cancel message' for things like
this.

In outlook express it is under the message menu item. However you can also
do it by hand just look in the RFC for internet news.
