Voice Recognition Training BACKUP

How can we backup the voice recognition training file(s) / data

Voice recognition engine performance improves over time but for whatever reason, the average PC has to reformatted every so often. When we do that, there goes our time and effort invested into voice recognition. So far I found no utility to back up this data
Any idea how to save this info and able to use it under fresh installation of Windows
