Voice notification when new email received

How to make a voice notification when new email received in ms Outlook 2002
(include notification about email got in 'spam' folder(different voice
message)?

Look in control panel sounds, and page down to the new mail notification and
choose the sound that plays, also make sure you don't have no sounds
selected as a theme

could you specify how to add custom sound there?

Sure once you have selected the action you want a sound to be played on,
then select browse, browse to the location you have already stored your
custom sound and select the sound file, VOILA.

FYI: you may only select .wav files
we are assuming that you already have a custom sound clip stored in some
location accessible to you, on your HD
This is not the location nor the program to create custom sound files, you
need some other method ie downloading
something to your liking, or use some kind of software to import your sound
file via whatever method you choose!
