Vista Ultimate & above have Remote Desktop server capabilities.

I have Vista Home Premium, and use Tight VNC to connect to a Win MCE laptop.
I connect to a XP Pro computer, using Remote Desktop Client.

Real VNC works fine -- just run the server in User Mode. I don't recommend
Remote Desktop, as it requires that the current user be logged off and the
remote user log on as a separate user. Real VNC allows simulaneous use.
