Vlookup

Keep getting a n/a#
Trying to pull second and third column pff a different worksheet
Says my lookup value is the problem
 
=VLOOKUP(F3,Table!$B$3:$D$957,2,FALSE)
=VLOOKUP(,Table!$B$3:$D$957,3,FALSE)

These are the two functions i used...Help Please
