Vlookup

I have a workbook with multiple worksheets containing agents stats daily. I
am trying to figure a way to utilize VLOOKUP formula option to go into all of
the worksheets locate the specific agent data for each day, and return it as
a sum total. If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciated.
