When I key in the lookup field in the first field, I want
it to autocomplete as it is keyed. Basically, I am keying
the name of a drug and it would return the entire record
of another worksheet showing the drug name and associated
info.

No.

The OP didn't indicate what was meant by "the entire record". If the
records are in A1:D20 of Sheet5, you might array enter into B1:D1 of
Sheet6, and fill down to B20:D20, the following:

=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(A1,Sheet5!$A$1:$D$20,{2,3,4},FALSE)),"",VLOOKUP(A1,Sheet5!$A$1:$D$20,{2,3,4},FALSE))

Then if you enter a drug name into a cell in A1:A20 of Sheet6, the
entire record will appear in that sheet's Columns A:D for that row. Is
something like that what was meant?
