Vlookup help

Hello all. At work, I have just started to use Excel and it has bee
some time since I last used it. I'm having a bit of a problem wit
vlookup.

I want to use vlookup to display a number value if the cell in questio
contains a number that is 10 or below the number. This number will the
be multiplied by a percentage (so I'm presuming I could just put i
somewhere *10/100 to multiply the value by 10 percent?) The percentag
that it is multiplied by varies depending on weather or not the valu
is below 10.

I really am stuck here, any help would be greatly appreciate. Even
good link to a website that could explain what I am trying to do.

to do, the range indicator needs to be TRUE. Make sure the table is sorted
