Visual Studio.net 2005 Add-in problem

I have created a visual studio.net 2005 add-in following the
instructions from:

The visual studio add-in worked fine in vs 2003 and does install in
2005 but does not ever show up under the "Tools" menu in the ide. I
can find the add-in under program files and run it from there. I tried
both c# and vb.net build types but to no avail. Is there a bug with
the add-in project or another reason this does not work properly.

Clic on the "Tools" Menu and choose "Addin Maanger": check that yur addin
appear and is cheched

Guess I didn't mention it originally, the addin does not show up in the
addin manager, but again, it does install properly under program files.
Any othe suggestions?
