Visual C++ Error

Been getting the following error once daily since I moved
to FireFox because IE6 was causing repeated bluescreens...
I updated Java at the same time.

Assertion Failed!

Expression: vt ==VT_DISPATCH ||FPersistableVariantType(*pVar)


It's lovely that MS is Beta Testing this app, but I don't
see anywhere to report a bug. I'd greatly appreciate any
suggestions to get around this one.

Perhaps coincidentally, I haven't been able to update in
the past week either... it reports no internet connection
present.

no problem.
