visual basic runtime files? and Vista

One of my apps needs vb runtime 6 to work, I tried to install it in Vista but
I get no conrirmation that the files have installed and when I try the app it
keeps telling me to run VBRun60.exe as needed files are missing. Can I
install VBRun60.exe in Vista? or do I have to wave bye to a very usefull
piece of translation software?

See if that will install.

If you have an old machine you can just copy the dlls over to the Vista
machine I think.

I'll test and see.
