Visual basic error after installing add-in....is it Microsoft problem or 3rd party. Please help.

After I installed a 3rd party add-in I got the following error (besides not
only 2 of the 4 add-ins being installed)

excel microsoft visual basic error &H80004005 (-2147467259) Unspecified
error

Is there a fix for this or is this a matter for the company selling the
add-in? Thanks in advance,

Sorry, forgot to mention the add-ins .....BulkQuotesXL, RTQuotesXL,
PortfolioXL,AnalyzerXL and a few other (more than 4).
