Vista's Shared ComputerTool Kit

Does Vista Have a shared computer tool kit. Have been playing around with the
local computer policy but it is not what i am looking for. I have the
business edition of vista installed and donot want to upgrade to Ultimate to
use Bit Locker.

BitLocker is only available on Enterprise and Ultimate. Have a great

The parental controls are similar but they are not available in the Business
Edition.

I am looking for disk protection, and the persistent partition for user
profiles like the Shared Computer tool kit for windows xp has.
