VistaRC1 has no setup file

I downloaded the ISO file and burned it to a DVD at 2X. Following the
instructions, I placed the finished installation disk in the drive and waited
for setup to start. Nothing happened, so I looked on the disk, which
displayed the ISO file. The installation directions state I should manually
begin setup if the installation does not setup on its own. So where is
"setup.exe"? I see only the ISO file on the disk. That was the only file I
copied and the only one given me. What''s going on?

Perhaps you merely copied the .iso to a DVD instead of "burning the .iso
image" to the DVD? There is a marked difference. Refer to the instructions
of your DVD burning software suite.

Hi Mark,
That did it. My first thought was I did burn the image rather than copy it.
However, I wasn't sure. I went back into my software, a NERO product. It
loves to use wizard-like interfaces, which I hate because of the lack of
control over tasks. I had selected a UDF/ISO task and thought it would burn
the image. Of course, it just copied it. After browsing around the interface
a bit, I found the option to burn an ISO image and voila! Thanks again.
