vista xp dualboot

i want to have a dualboot-system with vista ultimate (final release)
and xp professional, but i did the mistake to install at first vista
and then xp. and i installed xp on the second partition of my disk,
that's the problem. is there a way to get this stupid dualboot-
configuration running or do i have to reinstall both?

partitions:
first partition (~80 gb): vista ultimate
second partition (~10 gb): xp professional

i restored the vista boot sector and can only start vista now and i'm
not able to add the ntldr with bcdedit. i think that's because i
installed xp on the second partition.

i want the vista boot manager to be able to boot both, vista and xp,
without reinstallation of any os.
is there a solution?
