Vista wont allow me to open my Wireless application

I just purchased a XPS 410
I just updated my driver " Nvidia geforce 8600 GTS to th elatest july update
And, when try to install my Linksys wmp54G wireless adapter, vist WILL NOT
let me open my application. The error it gives me is " Cant load
Procnics.dll" i installed, reinstalled file and update file, someone pls take
this response
