What is the minimum version of Vista that has server features similar to IIS
in XP Pro? -- The comparisons don't seem to mention this feature. I need it
because I run local web based programs such as PHP and MySQL on XP Pro.

Used to be able to do it on Win 98SE, but XP Home had no such feature.

Installing IIS 7.0 on Windows Vista Home Premium
