Vista: Windows Explorer can not find button to navigate up

I am just wondering if the got rid of the button in Vistas Windows Explorer
to navigate up in the fold hierachy.
Such button exit in XP but i cant find it anymore in Vista.
Am i just missing it, is it customizable or how am i suppose to do it now?

You can click the upper folder in the address bar. It is one click too and
you can get as up as you want (or see in the address bar ;-))
