Vista Windows Email spam issue

My spam filter works almost perfectly except for one sender, PowerMarketers,
that keeps getting through. The .com that comes with it is in my Blocked
Senders list but it comes through anyway, several times a day. Has anyone
had this experience and can you help? Thanks.
 
Make sure that same domain isn't also in your contacts or in your Safe
Senders list.
