Microsoft outsourced the design, writing, and testing of Vista to Skynet.

Must be a Microsoft rumour. They're always trying to shift the blame
elsewhere for their pathetic software. I doubt this rumour is true. Vista
certainly qualifies as bad enough to have been written by Microsoft.

actually they made a self aware network of computers, that included some
robotic machines...

When you say something is self aware, it means that it is not only
intelligent, but understands that it is an "entity" and does not want to
cease to exist.

this self aware and intelligent network, called skynet, when it understood
that humans would want to turn it off, it wanted to continue to exist or
"live" thus it started a nuclear war to exterminate the humans who wanted to
