Vista / Visual Studio / and RNDIS

For those of you who are successfully using Visual Studio to develop
CF applications for a Windows CE 5.0 platform (not PPC or Mobile),
what/where do you get the Vista driver for the "Generic RNDIS" device?

Thanks,

Doug,

Send us an email offline (support[at]opennetcf[dot]com). We're working on a
whitepaper and driver package for getting people going.

I've just upgraded to Vista during my 1 week off work. Does this mean that
when I get back to doing some work I either wont be able to use VS2005 or
develop CF apps?

If this is the case, maybe I need to keep that dual boot XP for a while
longer....

His question is specifically about non WM Windows CE devices using RNDIS
instead of an ActiveSync transport, so it really depends on your targets.
Vista introduces plenty of quirks for device developers - some people have
few problems, while others have nothing but trouble.

If you intend to develop for non WM devices, I suggest either that you be
prepared for a painful connectivity scenario or stay with XP.
