vista version of word versus older versions of word

I have an older version of word, but at work they installed Vista with the
newest version of word.
How can I make Vista-Word emulate the older version of word (word 97) I have
at home?
I miss word 97s menues.

You will need to install an add-in and even then, it will not be perfect.
Since Office 2010 is also going to have the ribbon, perhaps now is a good
time to start getting accustomed to the ribbon.

It takes very little time to learn the ribbon.....
You can add your frequently-used commands to the Quick Access Toolbar
(QAT).....
