Vista upgrade path

Is there a grid to determine the available upgrades?
I have an XP 32 bit that I would lke to Upgrade to Vista 64bit.
I need to preserve as much of my current system as possible.

There is no supported upgrade path from a 32-bit version of Windows XP
to a 64-bit version of Windows Vista. A "clean install" of Windows Vista
64-bit version would be required.

You can use Windows Easy Transfer to move your files and settings. There
will be a program to transfer your installed programs available on launch,
but I personally would advise against it, especially going from 32-bit to
64-bit.

He can't use the WET Companion. It does not support intermediate storage
the way FAST and WET do. It only works between two physical machines
simultaneously running the WET Companion and using the WET transfer cable or
a network. Sorry.
