I have VSO in device manager and no problems it is the 32 bit version.

By yuor response, Jim, I take it you mean you have the following, right?

c:\windows\system32\drivers\pcoufin.sys

and yep, I have a decade old network card, to date it works fine for what I
do, but WILL it with Vista, THAT'S the question???!!!!???
