Vista Themes (MS Plus for Vista?)

Was wondering if any themes are out yet.
Also, reading some of the things in this group, am wondering if MS will be
coming out with a MS Plus for Vista type deal, seeing how they've made it
harder for themes (hardcoding).

Vista currently comes with built in theming capabilities depending on the
Edition. For instance, all Editions that have AERO Glass or Express (Home
Basic) support changing window border colouring under the Personalization
(Control Panel) explorer > Windows Color and Appearances. As for Plus!, that
has been scrapped and much of its functionality has been released as part of
the Ultimate Extras service available to users of Windows Vista Ultimate
Edition.
