vista standard user & flash player

[flash player problems in vista std user]

Im setting up my new vista ultimate PC. I created an standard user for my
kids to play on nickjr.com, th eproblem is that the flash player doesnt show
up... if you right click on the space where it is supposed to show it shows a
message that says "movie not loaded".
If I change the account type to administrator then it works fine. I dont
want my kids to have and admin account because then there is no use for
parental control since they can allow themselves to do whatever they want.
I have search the web for answers but surprisingly there the only thing I
could find was a couple of unanswered posts with the same question.

I installed it without problem... after the installation de adobe web site
told me it was succesfully installed but when I tried to open a nickjr.com
flash game it showed me the blank screen again... it did it on both ie and
firefox...checked the add-ons and everything seem correct.... I went back to
the adobe website and strangely was telling me that the flash player was not
installed... installed it again and the same happen... all is very very
strange.
